INTEGRATION GUIDE PRIVATE SESSION- FAQ

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are $300.00 USD.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes. All sessions are recorded.

You will receive your recording, along with any recommendations, via email within 24 hours.

For confidentiality, recordings are not stored long-term, so please download your session upon receipt.

If the session is for my child, do they need to be present?

No, your child does not need to be physically present.

Your Integration Guide can connect with them regardless of location.

That said, if your child would like to participate, they are absolutely welcome.

Does my child need to be a speller to participate?

No. Your child does not need to be a speller.

If they choose to sit with you, they may still participate in other ways within the session.

If your child is a speller, the Integration Guide may communicate with them directly, ask questions, or receive guidance from them during the session.

Are discounted sessions offered?

Not at this time. However, the Integration Guides will be offering group support options in the near future, including reduced-rate and some free offerings.

Can I have a free brief chat with an Integration Guide to see if he or she is a good fit?

No. Integration Guides do not offer pre-session meetings; however, they are happy to answer general questions, not already answered in the FAQ,  about their services via email prior to booking.

Can Integration Guides support adults as well? Do I need an autism diagnosis?

Yes. Integration Guides support both children and adults.

You do not need an autism diagnosis.

Anyone seeking deeper integration, embodiment, and alignment is welcome.

What takes place during a session?

Each Integration Guide brings their own unique approach. However, all sessions are guided by the higher self of the client—the aspect of you (or your child) that knows what is most needed.

Integration Guides work telepathically and may offer:

  • Energetic support
  • Regulation and nervous system support
  • Integration and embodiment guidance
  • Other modalities unique to each practitioner

Sessions are collaborative and responsive, meaning each one may unfold differently.

Some sessions may focus more on regulation, while others may support integration or expansion.

How many sessions are recommended?

Integration is an ongoing process.

While each session can be powerful and supportive on its own, this work is not a quick fix.

Sessions are designed to support the development of a more coherent internal and external environment, allowing for deeper embodiment over time.

How do I best prepare for the session?

It is best to come with an open mind and heart. Although we understand the deep human desire to know what comes next, real change is often deeply connected to one’s ability to be present with what is arising in the moment. Your Integration Guide is well equipped to support presence throughout the session. Relax, ask the questions you have, and remain open to the session unfolding in unexpected ways as needed.

If desired, how do I provide feedback regarding my session?

Sessions with Integration Guides are held to the same high standards of service that Suzy has provided for close to 30 years. Please click this Standards of Service link to provide feedback.
